Wle healing time

Hi I had my wle last Monday and I'm due to go to the dressing clinic on weds. It's on my upper arm and is quite long and I've noticed a lot of bruising around the dressing. I just wanted to check if anyone else had this? I'm assuming it's normal? I do bruise quite easily !

Hi, I had quite a lot of bruising around the surgery site and was told by the nurse at the dressing clinic it was entirely normal. My WLE was 5 weeks ago and the last patch of bruising has now finally faded. Hope you make a good recovery.

My WLE was on my stomach and it was still very bruised when I had my stitches out at 9 days. I'm also 5 weeks post op and all the bruising has now faded.
