Can anyone give me some advice? I started dab tram targeted therapy 3 weeks ago and have been getting a very red, sore face which feels like my skin is sunburned. Has anyone else had this reaction? If so, what would you recommend to ear this?
I hope you’ve had time to contact the number that you were given when you started the tablets to ask their advise. They would be able to suggest or prescribe something, and perhaps check if it’s a side effect or that the tablets have made you more sensitive to the sun as I’m sure I remember some warnings. If you go into a pharmacy for advise remember to tell them what tablets you are on so they can check if any new stuff is compatible. I can’t say I’ve had the same reaction but hate seeing a post look unanswered for too long.
KT thanks for replying. I spoke to my pharmacy and asked advice when visiting nurse practitioner. I was told unperfumed moisturiser would be best to ease the soreness. Thanks.
