My name is Philip. I was diagnosed with MCL at the end of May this year.
I have been treated since June with R-CHOP and Cytarabine.
my sixth and possibly last cycle starts next week.
Hello again.
diagnosed with Mantel Cell Lymphoma last May aged 69.
I first wrote ten months ago as I was starting my sixth cycle of R-CHOP with Cytarabine.
officially in remission since late last October. A year on since diagnosis with no signs of relapse yet.
still have slight numbness in my toes due to nerve damage but the numbness in my fingers went fairly quickly.
my hair started regrowing before my last chemo cycle and am now getting it cut regularly as normal. Weight is normal and stable; no lumps or swollen glands.
I would like to go on holiday but insurance companies are silly.
all in all I am fine.
PhilipM
