Can an mri definitely rule out cancer spread to groin pelvic lymohnodes, I have had treated srage1b vulval cancer I had surgery in Feb 21 then radiotherapy some 3 months later however my groin is very tight reddens and hard at times , mri says no significant swelling of lymphomas inguinal ones so my question is can mri be wrong as I have prob left groin and the inside left buttock I feel there's something wrong as a gardening sensation felt on inside buttock with is spreading round now to Angus sphincter I feel like I am sat on lump thank-you for reading

It might also be an idea to post this in the vulva cancer group, as this was the type of cancer you had, as you may well find others in that group who have had similar issues to you.
