Hi all,

I got information today that I have been diagnosed with auxiliary lymph cancer after 7 years cancer free from uterine cancer. In a state of shock. Anyone else going through this? Now awaiting to hear about surgery and further treatment.

  • Hi and a very warm welcome to the online community which I hope you'll find is both an informative and supportive place to be.

I haven't the same diagnosis as you but noticed that you hadn't had any replies to your post yet. Responding to you will 'bump' your post back to the top of the discussion list where it'll be more easily seen.

If this cancer is a secondary from the uterine cancer you were diagnosed with 7 years ago you might also like to join the womb (uterine) cancer group as this will give you the opportunity to talk to others whose cancer has spread to their lymph nodes.

If this is something that you'd like to do clicking on the link I've created will take you straight there where you can then join and post in the same way as you did here and also join in with existing conversations by clicking on 'reply'.

While you're waiting for replies it would be great if you could pop something about your diagnosis and treatment to date into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
