Hi. I haven't posted for a while as getting on withe chemo. I had good news yesterday whilst having 5th chemo treatment. The tumours In swollen lymph nodes are shrinking. What a sense of relief as had been waiting for couple of weeks for CT scan results. One more treatment to go.
Somewhat apprehensive about finishing and not attending treatment.. It becomes a routine and the help and support is a comfort. But will be phone call support and ct scan checks. So, onward and upward realise it isn't a cure but it is a gift of time I'm and hope.
Fabulous news Oak. Yay!!!!! My mum is just a few months ahead of you x. Have you asked about immunotherapy trial? My mind on a trial - Atezolizumab for two years. Happy to share details with you
oak - keep going. I’m sure the chemo has blasted the nasty cells away! xxxx
