In February I had half my lung removed due to more cancer, which had spread from the original breast cancer. Haven’t been able to see my oncologist yet due to coronavirus, plus I am classed as very high risk.

Have been given Letrozole as I have oestrogen receptor-positive( ER-Positive breast cancer).

Could anyone advise me about coping with the side effects please. Extremely tired, not very hungry, my naturally curly thick hair is going straight and looking thinner. Palpitations. Feeling very hot suddenly, although I have already gone through the menopause. Know it’s early days, but really would love some help on how you coped and generally any tips. Bit of a double whammy with the lung op as well. Thank you so much.

  • It might be worth posting this in the Lung cancer group as well, as you mention Letrozole -'0r even in the Breast cancer?
