Selpercatinib and RET SCLC

I'm afraid I can't help directly but a couple of pointers might be useful unless of course you've already found these.

thanks for your reply which is much appreciated. 
I’ve done lots of research and have built a good knowledge of the subject. I’m doing absolutely fine considering with my diagnosis , stage 4 with mets to the brain and backbone . Asked my consultant how many others on this pill and he said he had one 60 year old lady .Do you think he would allow us to talk providing she is willing ? Apart from the chap 18 months ago who posted there is hardly anyone out there taking this drug ? Trawling internet I have estimated there are about 300 people in uk taking this . RET mutation occurs in 1 % of lung cancer so very rare .

I really don't know if your consultant would allow you to talk to his other patient (there might be some official rules) but I'd certainly ask, they might be able to arrange to put you in touch if the lady agrees.
