I have been on metatastic breast cancer treatment since 2024 after initial diagnosis end of 2021.
Now diagnosed with slow growing lung cancer. I have had all the tests and just waiting on Pet scan results. Hopefully if all OK. Both consultant and myself opting for upper lobe lobectomy.
I don't know what to expect. I'm 73 and lung function tests showed I had copd and on 3 weekly trastuzumab for breat cancer.
Any advice/ help .
My BC is Her2 hence has returned twice once caused plural effusion which had to be drained and they found the BC cells then on skin of breast. Had to have chemo etc as had only opted for lumpectomy and radiotherapy 1st time. Since then had lesions on breast came back again and treated with Kadcyla.
