Hi everyone,
I'm looking to connect with anyone who has faced advanced lung cancer, especially cases where doctors said chemotherapy would no longer be effective and there was fluid in the lungs and around the heart. I'm trying to understand if anyone has been in a similar situation and found a treatment or approach that helped. Any advice or experiences would be deeply appreciated.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Hi Kate17
welcome to the group but sorry you have found yourself here. My lung cancer experience is different to yours, but just wanted to say hello.
It is really hard when you are told that treatment is no longer working. There are a few people in the Living with incurable cancer forum - patients only
where this has happened, although they may have a different cancer to yourself it may be good to connect with them. If you click the link above that I have added it will take you to the forum and you can request to join.
