Will try to keep this short,  2020 hubby got covid. Chest xray . Ct scan mri scan pet scan done. Result had tumor on his thymus. Had that surgically  removed. All successful.  Scan done once a year.Prayctober 2025 last five year scan. 3 days later got a call needed mri.  Lung biopsy done. 18th December world fell apart. Please excuse me for not knowing all the names or medical terms . Went to see Praycology Dr. Who told us my husband has lung cancer. And that it is very rare. Only 200 cases in the uk. And that it is none curable! (At this point I didn't  hear anything else) his options are only chemo , because it's slow growing ( we have time) but chemo will only give us more time.  It's not a cure! He offered us a second opinion with the chance to be seen by a consultant in oxford in 1 weekPraytime to see if he can operate. Hubby had a ct. Scan Sunday just gone and the images have been sent off to oxford. He can't  have the radiotherapy  because this type of cancer likes it so can't  be bPraysted. His tumors are in the lining that cover the lungs.  Apart from going out of my mind, can't  eat, sleep and just crying all the time. What should I be asking the consultant when we go next weekPrayWe are devastated. Any help or advice I would really appreciate Pray thank you.
