Mouth ulcers

Rinse with warm salt water.  I also asked my doctor to call in Valtrex.  My kids swear by it.  They say if you take it when you feel o sore coming on, it takes it away.  I just got my first one.  It was already going away before I got the medication.  Also, avoid anything acidic if you feel like you are getting one.  I avoid tomatoes and any citrus fruits.  Hope that helps.

I used salt water too - I also brushed my teeth quite often with a soft brush.  I found out the hard way that Corsodyl can make your teeth turn black!  Horrific.  I hope your ulcers clear up soon.
