Hi
New here as my initial diagnosis was a bowel cancerous tumour.
However CAT scan has revealed a lesion on my lung and also on liver.
My team discussed and referred lung issue to the lung team over a week ago as unsure if linked to bowel or entirely separate.
Had a MIRA scan yesterday but think that was more concerned with liver.
Anyone had a similar experience? WIll I hear direct from the Lung team or via my
Bowel team? bit confused.
Hi' ffm. Yes that's what i understood. I had an 80mm bowel one in 03 then a lung one last year. I learned if you got one there was a chance of getting it in one of the other two So it looks like I might get it in my liver. The whole thing is bloody annoying isn't it.
I'm feeling fine just now, waiting for the result of my last scan. It's on my mind but I'm not depressed as my family and pals witness me. Just going about my life as normal. So you stay positive about yourself. There are some discomforts in their investigations and treatments but we just have to let the professionals get on with their work. As I said it's bloody annoying.
Raymond
