I think it might have been Doneaskin  that was having surgery today. 

Thank you so much Chelle, I'm just waiting to get checked in. I will be having surgery tomorrow morning. 

I have been in urology for the past 7 days with a kidney infection.  In a different hospital, the nursing care was excellent and they got the infection markers down and with the compassion of my urologist, I got tae spend last night in my own bed.  

Much tae the delight of my wife Shirley & my 3 dogs

Thanks for asking Bobby Jay , the surgeon is very happy with the operation.  I am still in HD, and receiving wonderful nursing I feel rather spoiled . I got my wheelchair back which felt great. However with 5 cannulas plus all the other dozen bits, there was not much chance of escape,  just having breakfast lunch & dinner out of bed was a real boost. I will update more but I'm a wee bit tired
