Good morning all, I have become a carer for my partner, he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer, we have pain under control but I am I terested in other peoples experience with the chemo , he has just had the 3rd one , although there has been no sickness, he is very confused , we have some very strange conversations, he also believes that I have said something that I havent, I'm finding it easier to apologise than to say you're wrong , you misheard, anyone else experiencing this, if so how do you approach it thank you
Hi Kacee59 welcome to the group, but sorry you find yourself here. Have you mentioned this to your partners team? If this is something new I would definitely mention it to them. Give his lung nurse a call, and hopefully she can put your mind at rest.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
