Hi I’m. We on here and feeling a bit low today. Not quite sure how this works though. I have lung cancer stage 3 and they can’t cure me. I have also had a few strokes recently. Just want to reach out and chat with some people who can understand what I’m going through

  • Hi Cookie3 and welcome to the group. I am sorry to hear of your diagnoses, and also that you have suffered from a few strokes. There are a few of us here with the incurable label, but that does not mean it is not treatable. Has your oncologist talked to you about a treatment plan?

I am so sorry you are feeling down. Receiving a cancer diagnoses is extremely stressful. You have come to the right place to talk to other people who are going through exactly the same thing as you. The Macmillan support line is also there for you, to chat to someone about what you are going through. They are available 7 days a week from 8am until 8pm. It is a free call number 0808 808 00 00.

    Take care
