Just had a letter from hospital about my 6 monthly scan results for recureant lung cancer ... scan is still stable with no changes of any concern , next scan in a years time .what a good ending to the year , first found in 2108 , op in 2019 recurrant found in 2023 , was nervous of results but now I can start the year with a lighter heart .

Hello Sandra, such lovely news for you at the start of a new year.
I had my last six monthly scan at the beginning of October last year which came back as stable with no activity. I always go to my hospital follow up appointments for the scan results with a bit of trepidation, then to hear the word "stable" is so reassuring. My next scan is in March and hopefully things will remain stable.
