I was diagnosed with Stage4 lung cancer a few weeks ago and even though I haven't particularly been in the mood for Christmas I must say my family and friends made today the best day ever for me. Knowing that I am facing chemo I was inundated with such kindness and thoughtful gifts ranging from body lotions, jewelry, candles and even fluffy socks. So thank you family and friends for making this a very special day that brought some light into my life and lifted that hovering dark cloud. I sincerely hope today brought some lightness into others lives.
