Hi Nazia welcome to the forum. Are you in touch with the hospital still as they should have dietetic departments within the hospital and they can refer you in to them for nutritional advise and they would be best placed to advise you.
Thanks gailyes I got in touch and now we have some sort of referral to the pre hab clinic where we can see a dietician. Thanks a lot c
