Hi Gucci
Welcome to the group, I know you will find the help a support you need in this forum to help you make it all make sense. I am stage 4 advanced, if you tap on my avatar you can read my story so far. In the beginning it is all overwhelming, you will begin to feel better and more in control when your mum has seen the consultant and discussed treatment plans, for now be kind to yourselves, whatever you do please don't Google anything it will only make matters more confusing and the information is often out of date and not accurate so please stay away from it.
I'm happy to chat and answer questions if there is anything I can help with in this early stage please just ask.
Try and enjoy the weekend worrying about things won't help and will only serve to feed anxiety. This forum is a great place to ask questions, we all know what you are going through as we have all been there.
Take care Donna

Hi Gucci
I'm sorry to hear you received this terrible news. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer with mets and lymph node involvement out of the blue in May. I understand exactly how you are feeling. We have found the Maggies helpful if you have one near you I would recommend a visit.
Take care
Debbie
