They said sunday night pneumonia amd been pumping me full of antibiotics.. I just want to scream runaway do something.. I cant stand feeling useless..
Hello Frazzled
I was wondering how you were. It can be hard being in hospital but you are in the best place. I hope that the antibiotics are working for you and that you will be able to go home very soon. Am glad that your breathing has improved. That must be a good sign.
Have they given you any idea how long you need to be in? You are not useless, you are just poorly and need someone to look after you for a change. Maybe it is giving you time to ask questions and find out what happens next for you and to get a bit of reassurance.
Hope they are taking good care of you.
Jane
it must make it harder to deal with when having anxiety and depression as well. Good that the doctors are on the ward now. When they come to you, talk to them about how you are feeling and how tearful it is making you. Maybe they can offer something to support you
Sorry to hear you are in hospital, but that explains why you were feeling so poorly. I know it’s not nice being in there, but until you get the pneumonia under control it is the best thing. Hope you start to feel well again soon x
