how is everyone coping with this hot weather that we are having, I’m under going emmunotherapy and not sure if I am supposed to stay out of the sun or not as anybody been told to stay out of the sun when having this treatment.
My specialist nurse said You should stay out of direct sun, your immunotherapy treatment can make you more susceptible to sunburn and if you should use a high protection sun lotion when you go out. I have followed this advice and use sun lotion everyday as part of my skin care.
Hi Hamhat thanks for the advice that’s a big help I’m not a sun lover so I try not to go out it for long periods but I will take your advice and get myself some sun screen lotion thanks again.
