It's grey raining where I am too. I think we've been spoilt by sunny winter days for most of Jan and Feb. Still, rain is good for the garden.
If I had to go through what I'm going through, I would prefer to do it in Winter, but after Christmas. This way I feel that my mum isn't missing out on as much outside due to the weather and colder temperatures, rather then in the Summer.
