Hi Fred64. How long ago did your chemo finish? I know that chemo can effect your feet. Have you mentioned this to your doctor or lung nurse?
Hey Fred
I am pleased to read that life is getting back to a more normal for you.
I agree with Chelle that you'd be best to give your lung nurse or GP a call to chat this through. They can ensure the best advice is given to you.
Hope they find a simple resolution for you and you feeling better on your feet.
Take care
Gina
I still have numbness in my toes after finishing chemotherapy in June. It used to cover most of the ball of my foot as well but has slowly improved over the last few months. I used to go barefoot most of the time but now it just feels weird.
As the numbness is affecting your balance, I would contact your treatment unit for a referral to their allied health team. They're the best people to help with late side effects and to suggests strategies for reducing their impact.
