Hello All

I thought about setting up a thread for us all to use to chat about various stuff across, so it's all in one place and newer members posts not getting pushed down and off the discussion front page before getting an answer.

I hope you are all doing well and not too stuffed on easter eggs?

I have not eaten mine yet! I went to bed friday night not feeling well and woke up Saturday with a horrid migraine throwing my guts up Disappointed usually I fall asleep and sleep it off. Not so, I ended up going to the OOH doctor Sunday afternoon as was still throwing up Disappointed He gave me some lotions and potions and still not right yet. Though haven't thrown up for a few hours now. I going to try and eat something soon (not easter eggys) to see if I can manage that and see if it makes me feel better. I hate being ill! Especially on a bank holiday weekend with such nice weather. I was so looking forward to it and I have slept most of it away.

Sorry to hear your sister's chemotherapy was cancelled this week. Sounds like she is having a rough time with it. I hope she picks up quickly. My temperature started to climb during a transfusion and I was given some paracetamol, kept a closer eye on but was allowed to continue the transfusion. Fingers crossed for next week.

I'm still on the buzz from the steroids today and have been up since 4 this morning , hoping I'll get my afternoon snooze soon.

Wishing everyone a good and healthy as possible weekend .

    Take care all

Good news on the AA (sounds a bit wrong). It's a relief when you get the paperwork and errands sorted. I have almost cleared my back log.

Darlo do chase them, I gave in Friday afternoon and asked when I'd be receiving an appointment, only to find nothing had been booked on or any signs one was going to be. I've been told they will now squeeze me in next week. I had my oncologist's words ringing in my ears, that she was keen to start me on the immunotherapy. Plus I'm waiting on results like you. You can so easily slip through the cracks if you do not chase them up if a reasonable time has passed and you have not heard. They have dozens of patients, there is only one of each of us Grin thank god they are likely thinking in my case Joy
