I thought about setting up a thread for us all to use to chat about various stuff across, so it's all in one place and newer members posts not getting pushed down and off the discussion front page before getting an answer.
I hope you are all doing well and not too stuffed on easter eggs?
I have not eaten mine yet! I went to bed friday night not feeling well and woke up Saturday with a horrid migraine throwing my guts up 
usually I fall asleep and sleep it off. Not so, I ended up going to the OOH doctor Sunday afternoon as was still throwing up He gave me some lotions and potions and still not right yet. Though haven't thrown up for a few hours now. I going to try and eat something soon (not easter eggys) to see if I can manage that and see if it makes me feel better. I hate being ill! Especially on a bank holiday weekend with such nice weather. I was so looking forward to it and I have slept most of it away.
There you are Darlo, that’s good that you can stay on treatment for now, fingers crossed for the scan.
Maggie the boiler is not being nice at all, won’t be fixed until Thursday. Lots of blankets and cuddles on the sofa to keep us warm

Has the cruise gone to your head, a Christmas teapot
I couldn’t cope with no heating, I don’t do cold
I had a bone density scan the other week and have an appointment next week with the doctor for the results so it’s not looking good is it, I have read up on the side effects of the tablets but not the injection but don’t want either, one of the side effects of the tablet is breathlessness and since it’s just taken me 6 months to be able to breath I think I’ll be giving them a miss, at least I’ve got an excuse at the moment because I’m undergoing dental work and as you say you can’t take them unless your teeth are OK. Never thought I’d say I was glad to be going to the dentist

There you all are! Hope you are all in good spirits. Sorry I was quiet Julie, nausea this time was really quite bad, wonder if it is the potassium supplement that did it. Hoping the second week will be peaceful and not needing any extra visits.

Lovely to see you back Chelle, and nice to hear you had a good time cruising. Oh no my favourite is PG Tips all the way, what I do not like is when I am in England and it's not Jersey milk That really isn't the same.
I hope the injections go well for you and you sail through them.
Hey Darlo, I too was beginning to wonder where you were! Nice to have your voice back and good that your medications will continue till your next scan. Yes they tend to give two/three months after the radiotherapy to allow everything to settle. Relax and enjoy the festivities of the year until then.
Julie I hope the results go well, I am hoping you are jumping to conclusions about it like we all do. They have to tell you the results sometime.
I guess I need to look into getting Xmas presents for my Nieces. I have one of theirs but not the other three (oops bad aunty) but they are hard to buy for.
Have I told you all that I am going to be an Auntie again in February? Not sure if I am expecting a nephew or another niece (I have been demanding a nephew for quite some time now). Sorry if I have, my memory is not what it used to be
