just wondered if anyone on here has experience with treatment options after sotorasib has failed? My mum is kras 12c positive stage 4 nslc with Mets to brain which have started progressing again after 12 months on sotorasib.
Is anyone here on krazati (adagrasib) ?

Hi Jill n I am sorry to hear that your mums treatment has failed. If you use the search engine at the top of the page, there are several posts about sotarasib that you can go back and read, but there doesn’t seem to be any mention of krazati unfortunately. Hopefully someone who does have experience of this will be along to chat with you.
