I had TCC in kidney. Scan end of February all clear. Sudden problems breathing so scan early July and now metastatic lesions in my liver. Appointment Wednesday to discuss. But I've had all the tests, x rays, etc so pretty clear my options are very limited if any. Such a shock, from celebrating clear to practically planning my funeral. What can I expect now please. I know no hope of cure but have treatments helped you ? Am I simply doomed. Please help me. Xx
Hi Suecol
I am really sorry to hear that your most recent scan showed some metastatic lesions in your liver. I understand that this must have come as a shock and it will take time to process it all.
I hope that your appointment goes well today and that you will be given some answers about the treatment plans that may be on offer to you.
This info shows some of the treatments that may be discussed.
