Hello,
My husband has been diagnosed with colon cancer and secondary liver cancer. Unfortunately, none of the treatments worked to fully control the disease in the liver and he is in hospice now. He has swollen belly due to cancer and legs due to fluid retention.... I am really sorry, but could someone share what symptoms/problems you've noticed in the last months, weeks and days for someone with secondary liver cancer? What helped for those? I am just really afraid not knowing what to expect and how to help.
Hi
So sorry to hear about your husband. My mum is in a very similar position. Bowel cancer with significant spread to the liver. She's on palliative care (no chemo etc) as she has other health issues and she's not string enough for chemo.
It's hard not knowing what to expect, I feel exactly the same.
