I have secondary liver cancer. Sadly, my chemo hasn't worked and the cancer is growing on the liver. I now have to have a liver biopsy and then a different chemo. Apparently I have about one year left.
Under the circumstances, I don't have much to lose, so I am wondering about starting on a course of CBD. I usually avoid the Internet for advice, but I am reading some impressive studies about using this drug. Has anyone else had experiences of this? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you
Hi Bazza
I don't have any experience with CBD but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet.
You might want to take a look at this information from Cancer Research and this from Macmillan to help you make a decision on using it or not.
How are things going now? Do you still use CBD oil? How did it affect your physical and mental health? Some people advise me to use CBG gummies like https://www.tillmanstranquils.com/product/cbg-gummies-750mg/ to relieve the pains in my back and reduce the inflammation processes. I’m interested in whether they make you an addict. Have you ever felt an urge to use more oil or get some bigger doses? I’m afraid that using these gummies will make me an addict, even though the dose is very small.
Could you please send me some links to resources where I can read about this more?

Hi. No, I haven't started with it yet. Im hoping to get a second opinion, and to discuss this with my consultant. I hear some good things about it, but also some negatives, but I am keeping this as an option if there is nothing else on the traditional route. Have you any experience of taking it?

Thats made my mind up then. I'm not touching any of that crap with a bargepole.
Bazza,
Sorry to hear you are where you are. it's your choice of course. You don't have to justify your decision to anyone but yourself. If it helps it helps.
Take care guys,
Rameses.
