I haven't had a liver resection, so don't have any experiences to share with you, but I noticed that your post hadn't had any responses yet.
I typed 'resection' into the search bar in this group and came across quite a few fairly recent posts mentioning this. If you do the same you could then respond to any posts that you feel might help you further.
