Reoccurrence

Hello all,

After having a hepatectomy and a liver ablation.

I was told yesterday there has been a reoccurrence and explains why my bile duct is narrow.

Anyone out went through anything similar? I think I have cried a thousand tears.

Any support would be appreciated

Thank you so much

While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could put something about your diagnosis and treatment into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. • Hi, I was diagnosed about 5 years ago. And had ablation then. I've had Saber radiotherapy too, a further, more intensive, Ablation around 6 weeks ago. Works out at a reoccurrence every 2 years and the Whack-a-Mole game continues. I'm 69 next birthday, still work 4 days a week and have been out today sweating like a Viking oarsman in the garden. I haven't cried yet, sometimes I wish I could, but Apparently I keep it all in which is bad for me in a hundred ways, I envy your release.

Support? Well, head down and charge, know your enemy, Have the bleeder!

Apparently I'm doing well, you can too. Good luck and God Bless.
