Newly diagnosed kidney cancer

I understand completely.. and can only send a hug and say take each bit as it comes along and don't do lots of googling. I put it away in a box in between checks and ops.. when I have no power over it all. X

this bit is the hard bit, everything is unknown and feels out of control but they will move quickly trust in the process. Almost all people find out their diagnosis when they are being tested for something else. When you know your plan you can work with it. But the waiting time seems so much longer.. if it’s any comfort having one kidney made little or no difference to the quality of life and I’m now on half a functioning kidney and this also has made little difference. Don’t know if that’s a silver lining or not but I wish I had of been aware before it would have been a comfort. Wishing you the very best. Take good care
