I was hoping to find someone with the same diagnosis of transitional renal cell carcinoma, to then go on to a have radical nephrectomy surgery followed by 1 round of chemotherapy which caused sepsis and pneumonia so no more chemotherapy. Then to be told it has spread to the paraortic lymph nodes, so there is no more treatment.

I don't have this type of cancer but I noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list and hopefully some of the forum members will be able to pop on and share their experiences with you.
