I am sorry to hear that you are in pain after your surgery. I think the best thing to do is to contact your CNS/doctor and explain that you have had 12 weeks without pain and now are having some pain. I think it is always a good idea to get any new or changed symptom checked out and I often spoke to my CNS team during my recovery and they never minded.
Alternatively you could give your GP a quick call and ask for advice/reassurance. There may be something that could be prescribed to help make you more comfortable.
I found that sometimes my pain increased when I started to feel a little better and started to do more.
