Hello Lily h, I think that most of us can equate to feeling down from time to time. We have all had a big shock and even after treatment our bodies go into being a bit hyper alert. We wonder whether any tiredness is the cancer coming back, as opposed to thinking it’s because we didn’t sleep that well etc. It’s no doubt that life has changed for all of us. However, although I do sometimes have down days, I do try to make the most of every day and look after myself to give me the best outcome. I also try to spend more time with family and friends too and plan some nice things to look forward to.
Have you given Macmillan a ring? They may be able to provide some counselling to help you through this time. Do keep posting too.
Sending you a big hug, Jules xx
