D Day this Monday, 1st trip to Oncologist to plan what happening ahead
some feelings of excitement because something is happening but then which immunotherapy
is going to be given what's going to happen when its given. Fear of the unknown kicking in slightly.
Ah I remember! Mine was the Tuesday before last Christmas 2021. Mine turned into an afternoon out - lots of chat! It also felt like a personal lecture in KC geekery. I was so excited to meet my oncologist and then they sent the registrar, who I have never ever seen since! In fact, why am I typing this?! It's in my "hello oncology" blog.
Keep us updated with how it goes. Things will get much better. You're at the worst time, with all the uncertainty and the waiting, and the unknowns you have already articulated.
Whatever cancer throws your way, we’re right there with you.
We’re here to provide physical, financial and emotional support.
