Hello. I have advanced kidney cancer, spread to lung, liver..anti cancer drug of 4 years no longer working. Now on immunotherapy......anyone having similar treatment?
Hi Jackie...I think the extreme tiredness is the worst....not able to do much. I'm waiting for date of CT scan to see if immunotherapy is working. If not what then? Yes emotionally it's awful. Very little support now from old friends. Perhaps I 've gone on too long? Where are they? Deeply upsetting.

Hi, I know what you mean tiredness really hits me too, come the evening I can't stay awake!
I'm a single mum of 5 kids, my husband and I are getting divorced as he couldn't handle my illness.
My treatments been going on for just over 2 years now and I feel the same way, where are all my friends I had before I was diagnosed, even extended family seem to of been in contact less and less.
Hi yes tiredness is hard to manage. I was still tired from treatment and meds from my first cancer in 2016 and now have stage four with spread to liver, lung, lymph nodes and scapula. I was too tired to carry on working in a physical job. I live alone so no children to take are of. Have my grandson one day a week. I have friends so go out but some things I dont go or get invited to as they're just too tiring.
