Hi all,
I have been diagnosed this week with Kidney cancer with two small spots on my lungs to boot... My consultant says the cancer is low/medium risk, but he wishes to talk an oncologist regarding the lungs. I am going to have the kidney out, but to say the least I am concerned about the whole situation, although by nature I am the glass half full sort of person. This therefore a very new feeling.
One moment I am positive the next I am thinking this really not going to end well.
Any words of advise would be appreciated.

My cancer is different, but a cancer diagnosis of any kind makes us ask lots of questions, causes confusion, stress and probably emotions we’ve never experienced before. You can enter it into your profile (click on your username and select “Profile”) It’s helpful to other members with a similar diagnosis who can then hopefully answer your questions. It also means that you don't have to keep writing the same thing over and over. You can amend or update it at any time.
