Hi all,
I had my diagnosis of cancer on the 4th of March. I have a TCC on my left kidney. My consultant said I had to have a chest CT, which I had on the 6th. My pre-op is the 28th of March.
I've not had any results yet for the CT. They where quick with the urology CT, so do I assume "No news is good news"?
Thanks for reading.
Hi Lulabel67
Results from CTs can be a couple of weeks at least. It is very frustrating, and can lead to anxiety and 'overthinking'. I hope you are able to distract yourself with some positive activities, and have some support from family and friends whilst you wait for news.
It is good that you have a treatment plan, and a date for the pre-op assessment. I hope all goes well for you!
