This is been a great source of comfort on this forum whilst I have been feeling down and out. I have felt that I will be a lost cause after I have been diagnosed and think that I will have the worst prognosis ever. People on here have assured me that there are treatments regardless and there is always hope . I thought that gross haematuriu and a large lesion in the kidney meant it is all over but others on here have been in similar positions and are doing well which gives me hope . Thanks to you all for that
