After finding a large growth in my kidney I was sent for a chest scan today which is apparently to grade my cancer . I cant help thinking that I will have the worst prog isis possible. I was calm at the scan and coped well whilst in there but just have such a bad feeling about it . I think the size of the tumour has worried me with the the word’large’ being on the hospital notes but at least it is now done and will just have to wait to see the oncologist . Physically I I didn’t have blood in my urine I wouldn’t know anything was wrong .

It's natural to fear the worst, we all do it, but usually you feel more confident once you know what you're dealing with.
