I’ve suffered with high blood pressure for a few years so been on meds to control it. Had the left kidney removed 6 weeks ago so now only firing on 1 cylinder. I was warned that the blood pressure might very well go up following the operation by my GP, surgeon and nurses so a change of meds might be required. Mines done the complete opposite at times so low I’ve struggled to do the simplest of things and I was wondering whether it’s just me or whether anyone else had similar experiences.
Hi Carol63
It sounds like you're going through a really tough time at the moment with your blood pressure being low. What have your hospital team said or done about it?
I don't have the experience you're looking for but noticed that your post hadn't had any replies yet. Responding to you will 'bump' it back to the top of the discussion list where it'll be more easily spotted.
While you're waiting for replies, it would be great if you could pop something about your diagnosis and treatment so far into your profile as it really helps others when replying to you and also when looking for someone on a similar pathway. It also means that you don't have to keep repeating yourself. To do this click on your username and then select 'Profile'. You can amend it at any time and if you're not sure what to write you can take a look at mine by clicking on my username.
