Hi everyone, I've been on immunotherapy Atezolizumab since September 25, every month I noticed another increase in my weight and I wasn't overly worried as I know my weight can yo-yo a bit. At the start of the year I had to have a break from treatment and at that point I was becoming more uncomfortable with the weight gain and just started to pay a little more attention to what I was eating, (not that it was really bad in the first place) along with steadily increasing my daily walks adding in a few harder hikes. When I restarted treatment 2 months ago my weight had again increased ( I was expecting it to be the same or small loss). Once again it's creeping up every week there isn't really any significant changes I can make with diet or exercise and I'm a little concerned that if it's down to the treatment it's just going to counter out the good it's doing.
