Hi I had kidney cancer 3 years ago. Plus they found 3, nodules on my lungs. But said they seem ok that they just watch but on a routine scan they noticed they had grown. So tests began. One turned out to be carcinoid tumor but the opted to take right middle tumor out and that turned out to be atyhpical carcinoid.so I'm left with top left one and bottom right one that they don't know what type of tumor it is. So I see oncologist next wk so see what options I have he did speak about a hormone injection. As anyone else has this?.
Note chemo or radiotherapy don't work on tumors looking for advice information please

I hope your appointment with the oncologist goes well.
I had kidney cancer 7 years ago the kidney was removed and the 7cm tumour was found to be stage 3, last year a 10 mm nodule was found in one lung and a 5mm nodule found in the other, I was put on Targeted therapy with Suninitib last April, after a scan in November the 5mm nodule is undectsble and the 10mm one is down to 3mm, hope this helps?
