prescribed with the targeted therapy drug Sunninib back in April this year, I have advanced RCC with a 10mm nodule on each lung plus a 20mm lesion on my pancreas. CT scan in June to check progress, Consultant phoned me 28 Jul 25 with results, 25% reduction in nodule and lesion size. huge relief.
So there is hope after all

This is a classic first scan response - a huge reduction. Expect a smaller reduction going forwards. The greatest gains are at the start and they level off after a year.
