I have stage 4 renal cell carcinoma. I am on Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib. I have been on it for more than a year. My problem is I am often out of breath and can’t walk very far. Does anyone else have similar symptoms. Other than this the treatment has been fairly easy. I had to have a break due to a wide spread rash and another break to have a nephrectomy.

I'm sorry you are getting new and worrying symptoms or side effects.
I am not on the same route as you so cannot be of any practical help, alas, but just wanted to say Hi. There are quite a few people it seems who are on those meds, so hopefully one or two of them will be along shortly to chat with you. Meantime, see if you can find any posts on here from people who are on one or other or even both meds, and see if their posts offer any help - or maybe you already have checked their posts?
Have you contacted your medical team yet? They might be able to shed some light on this, or bring forward your next follow-up for you so as to check your symptoms. Or they may of course be able to reassure you this is a normal side effect.
