I was told I had kidney cancer in Friday and have been revered to a hospital in london, What can I expect to happen next. The not knowing is making me feel anxious
Hi Izzy,
They will first want to determine the size of the tumour. This will be in the form of Ultra Sound and CT Scans. They will then know what to do. .Try not to worry, I no it is hard, but take each step at a time, they know what they are doing. Everyone on this group is here to help you. If you want to see my journey, click on my profile. This is what we use to see, how each other is doing.
Lots of hugs
Thank you smelling thank you for your reply. I have read your journey, you have been through a lot and it has given me hope that my cancer can be treated. I've already had 3 ultrasound a ct and mri scan. I have to have another ct scan of my chest to check it hasn't spread.. It's the waiting that that makes me anxious.
Wishing you all the best
I have lived all my life with that. LOL. Stay strong Lizzy, we are all here to help you. Try not to worry, hard I know. It's all the checks that take all the time. Once a plan has been decided, it will all fall into place, and it will happen very quickly.
Stay strong
John
