Headaches and feel sick

I thought I was doing OK up to 10 days after left kidney removal. Now I am having crashing headaches and feel sick, although not actually being sick.

The only thing that relieves it is walking and sleeping. Then after 20 minutes it is back again.

Has anyone else had similar? Is this normal?

I'm sorry to hear you're having headaches n feeling sick.

I'd something similar, but mine was coz I needed to eat something. Once I slowly had some ginger biscuits, I felt much better

Does being in the fresh air when it's cold ease, your headache. And another when it's really dark
