I'm sorry to read that you're waiting for a referral to the breast clinic for suspected IBS and I can understand how scared you feel right now.

I didn't have this type of cancer but I noticed that your post hadn't had any response yet. I've had a look on the information pages and these are the symptoms (link) listed for IBS.

Hi how did you get on at the breast clinic? 
what were your symptoms? 

I am currently waiting for my results and think I may have IBC too.

How did you get on?  I have a breast appointment next Tuesday.  I had an operation on my right breast 5 weeks ago, after a mammo picked something up, that was all okay, but I had breast cancer in my left breast 5 years ago caught very early.  Now possible IBS. I hope your results were good. xx
